ISLAND JAZZ

Dan Craven is the coordinator for the Island Jazz 2017 summer program. Our program avails itself of the jazz talent that abounds in the Comox Valley, Nanaimo and Victoria area. Please see bios here for their amazing qualifications as both professional performers and instructors.

There is an intensive program of jazz studies covering big band, combos, and sectionals/master classes. Opportunities to jam at venues in the community will top off the day’s excitement and an outdoor Saturday evening concert at Filberg Park will conclude the week.

Fees:

Tuition Fees are $500 for the week
Accommodation is $450 for the week and includes all meals, transportation and activities.
Meals are available for students not staying at Mark Isfeld. Lunches are $10.00 and Dinners are $12 each.
